Returns & Exchanges

At Larroudé Brasil, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a seamless return and exchange window within 30 days of delivery for all unworn footwear and accessories.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original Larroudé packaging, ensuring the shoes are unworn and all protective films and dust bags are included.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
